We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Copywriter to join our team. This role is crucial for translating complex technical legal and compliance concepts, topics, and risks into clear, engaging, and concise language that is easily understood by a non-expert, company-wide audience. The content you create will reside on an employee resource platform, supporting ongoing compliance and regulatory awareness efforts. Your work will be vital in informing and engaging our diverse global workforce on a range of essential legal and compliance matters.
Success in this role hinges on a comprehensive understanding of the core area, which
involves grasping multiple foundational pillars and how they are measured. This requires
frequent participation in team meetings to understand the various inputs influencing
this area.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Project Execution: Collaborate effectively with designers and other professionals on a variety of projects (e.g., email campaigns, project spotlights, Workplace posts, and training deployments).
- Quality Assurance: Edit, proofread copy, source appropriate images, and manage content with a keen eye for quality assurance.
- Workload Management: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing a high-volume workload and often meeting short turnaround times.
- Write and refine copy for articles, Workplace posts, and training materials.
- Adapt messaging style for different audiences and purposes.
- Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
- Edit, proofread, and ensure content quality.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or in a related role, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of work. Proven experience in a copywriting or related role is required.
- Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with expertise in content management.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
- Capable of offering creative, "out-of-the-box " thinking.
- Exceptional time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills to keep projects moving and meet deadlines.
- A team-spirited, skilled, and imaginative writer with a strong eye for detail, who can quickly grasp project requirements and offer valuable insight to ensure messaging is audience-aligned and easy to understand.
- Exceptional Writing, Editing, and Proofreading: Ability to craft clear, engaging, and concise copy for diverse internal audiences.
- Content Management & Strategy: Experience managing content, understanding online content strategy, and maintaining quality across platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, interpret briefs, and align messaging with stakeholders

- Legal & Compliance Experience: Prior work with legal or compliance teams, translating technical concepts for non-expert audiences.
