Job Title: Repair Technician II – 2nd Shift
Location: Orlando, FL 32822
Pay: $25/hr (W2) + Weekly Pay + Benefits
Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (start on 1st shift for training)
Contract: 90 days (extension possible)

Join a global leader in aerospace and defense as a Repair Technician II. Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment while supporting shop operations, process improvements, and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to quality standards
- Monitor shop performance, assign work, and support production goals
- Lead root cause analysis and process improvements
- Manage consumables inventory and ensure compliance
- Support and guide junior technicians
- Perform Return to Service (RTS) inspections and documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED + 2+ years electronics repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Knowledge of avionics/FAA regulations is a plus
- Must pass background check and drug test
