Role Overview

We are looking for a Java Technical Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java technologies along with proven experience in delivering technical training in corporate or academic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and virtual training sessions on Java technologies
• Train freshers and lateral hires on core and advanced Java concepts
• Design and update training materials, assignments, and assessments
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback
• Mentor trainees on real-time project scenarios and coding best practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business needs
• Ensure high levels of engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in:
  • Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling)
  • Advanced Java (JDBC, Servlets)
  • Basic understanding of Spring / Hibernate (preferred)
• Good understanding of:
  • SQL / Database concepts
  • Coding standards and debugging techniques

Candidate Requirements

• Gender Preference: Male candidates only
• 28 years of experience as a Java Trainer / Technical Trainer
• Experience working in:
  • Training institutes / academies OR
  • IT companies with training responsibilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills (mandatory)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner
• Prior experience in handling batches of trainees

• Experience in corporate training environments
• Exposure to FinTech or product-based organizations
• Certifications in Java or training (added advantage)
