Pay Rate: $25/hr, paid weekly
Location: Fully Remote, can be sourced from across the US, have quiet WFH environment and hard-wired internet connection
Assignment Duration: 08/25/2025 – 12/08/2025, potential for extension/conversion depending on performance attendance and business need
Timings: Shifting hours (between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM across all U.S. time zones).
Position Overview
The Conservation Specialist is a licensed insurance sales agent that is responsible for retaining existing customers who are calling to cancel plans. This will include, but not limited to, assisting customers with applying for new coverage within *** Healthcare.

Pay Rate: $25/hr, paid weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers requesting policy cancellations; identify and address reasons for cancellation.
- Conduct needs assessments to provide alternative solutions.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when applicable.
- Provide feedback on market trends, marketing campaigns, and operational processes.
- Participate in Sales Team projects as assigned.
- Attend internal sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Life and Health Insurance License.
- Working knowledge of the health insurance industry.
- Understanding of *** Medicare products (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Ancillary).
- Strong telephone, verbal, and listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Strong PC skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service in sales and service interactions.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to adhere to a set phone schedule and shifting hours (between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM across all U.S. time zones).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Possess an active Life and Health insurance license.
