The Lab Computing Analyst provides hands-on technical support for computer and data center operations. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server and non-desktop systems while ensuring system security, performance, and reliability in a centralized computing environment

- Standard shift options:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No weekends, no overtime
Position Overview
The Lab Computing Analyst provides hands-on technical support for computer and data center operations. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server and non-desktop systems while ensuring system security, performance, and reliability in a centralized computing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide non-routine technical support for computer and data center operations
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop hardware and software
- Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security
- Monitor, track, and document system performance and utilization metrics
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical users
- Recommend hardware, software, and process improvements to enhance system efficiency
- Support IT infrastructure and technology projects as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, Professional Services, and outsourcing partners
- Support internal and client-facing, web-enabled solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on computing and technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technical environments
- Excellent customer service skills (email and chat support)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Supervisory or management experience is a plus
