We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant II to join a scaled administrative support team. This role provides high-volume, complex administrative support (calendar, travel, expenses) remotely for multiple leaders, helping them focus on their most critical work. This is a temporary contract position.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant II to join a scaled administrative support team. This role provides high-volume, complex administrative support (calendar, travel, expenses) remotely for multiple leaders, helping them focus on their most critical work. This is a temporary contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendaring, travel, and expense processes for multiple executives.
- Learn and use internal and external tools to provide efficient calendar support.
- Communicate effectively with leaders to understand and support business priorities.
- Partner with other Admin Assistants and leaders to coordinate meetings.
- Proactively recommend time management strategies.
- Provide short-term team coverage as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to 2 or more executives.
- 2+ years of experience managing calendars, travel, and expenses.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience exercising discretion and sound judgment.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing systems.
Education:
- BA/BS preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience supporting multiple executives is highly preferred.
Must-Have Skills:
- Master at multitasking, organization, and proactive communication.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Concur and Outlook.
- Experience using internal administrative tools.
- Experience supporting multiple executives at the same time.
Candidate Disqualifiers:
- Candidates seeking a 1:1 or 2:1 executive partnership may find this role unsuitable, as it focuses on managing a large volume of requests within a defined scope.
