Location: Townsend, MA 01469
Pay Rate: $22/hr (W2) + Benefits (Medical, Vision & Dental)
Shift & Timings: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract Duration: 3 Months
 
Job Description:

• Responsible for Maximizing production up time and high-quality products by ensuring machines and physical plant are operating at optimum levels. 
• Completes preventative maintenance requirements (equipment, conveyor systems, production machines); performs minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and other aspects of the physical plant. 
• Provides ongoing troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devised in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Restores machine operations by diagnosing extent of repairs required, refitting, repairing, replacing parts, or making adjustments. 
• Trains production employees in routine preventative maintenance techniques.

• Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years experience or Tech Cert.
• Experience in maintenance in a production environment.  
• Knowledge of machine tools.
• Basic electrical and electronic repair knowledge.  
   

• Education and Experience: Mechanical, electrical and computer certification preferred   Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions and engineering specifications.  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.   Strong verbal communication skills.   Experience with troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
