Base: $180K–$220K

Variable: $180K–$220K (uncapped; performance-based)

OTE: $360K–$440K

Overview
This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader with deep expertise in Microsoft cloud, AI, and data modernization. The position focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based solution portfolios, and leading strategic sales initiatives across enterprise clients. You will guide customers through digital and AI transformation, build high-level relationships, and develop go-to-market strategies with key ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities

Drive significant revenue growth across Microsoft Data Fabric, Azure, Cloud, Data, and Analytics solution portfolios.

Leverage in-depth knowledge of Microsoft offerings, ideally with experience operating within Microsoft field districts or industry verticals.

Act as a strategic “quarterback,” developing GTM strategies with Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, and other partners.

Build and expand sales pipelines, identify new business opportunities, and pursue large enterprise deals.

Champion advanced AI/ML, generative AI, automation, and modernization solutions for enterprise clients.

Lead customer adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Consistently exceed revenue targets across new customer acquisition, existing client growth, and partner-driven sales.

Communicate a strong value proposition and differentiated solution messaging to customers and partners.

Develop strategic account plans, manage executive relationships, and navigate complex enterprise organizations.

Foster collaboration across pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams across distributed time zones.

Build long-term customer relationships focused on trust, success, and high-impact outcomes.

Provide leadership in developing a robust portfolio of enterprise clients and expanding strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of enterprise sales experience within IT services, consulting, or digital transformation, specializing in Azure, AI, cloud migration, and data modernization.

Proven track record of exceeding global or offshore service quotas and closing complex multi-year enterprise deals.

Strong solution and value-based selling skills within enterprise applications and cloud ecosystems.

Experience in partner-led sales motions and building relationships with Microsoft field teams.

Ability to diagnose complex client challenges and design strategic technology solutions.

Demonstrated success in high-growth or startup environments.

Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building abilities.

Skilled in strategic planning, leadership, creative problem solving, and managing ambiguity.

Experience with CLM/ERP/Procurement solutions is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Ability to travel up to 40%.
