Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension or permanent conversion)
Pay Rate: $24.64 – $28.98/hr. (W2)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain production goals and timelines while ensuring minimal downtime
- Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or production issues to supervisors
- Follow safety, compliance, and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a production, assembly, or machine operator role
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in basic industry tools/software
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent work attendance is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
