The team partners with Sales and Trading to implement new products and services, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk, while consistently delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients.

Role Overview

The team partners with Sales and Trading to implement new products and services, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk, while consistently delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing paperwork, including mail and facsimiles.
- Provide support to client service associates and operational personnel.
- Review inbound client documents for accuracy, record all activities on the account, and submit accurate forms for final processing to the service center.
- Communicate with clients through both written and verbal channels regarding documentation.
- Prioritize and manage multiple project activities, ensuring timely follow-up on progress.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to support client and team needs.
- Apply proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and database input to complete tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the financial services field.
- Learn quickly and manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.
- Show flexibility in handling assigned duties and apply problem-solving skills effectively.
- Work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Skills:
- Proficient in Excel for managing and analyzing datasets, generating reports; knowledge of creating macros is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to host calls and coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Collaborative team player with a proven ability to work well in group settings.
