Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Full Remote (Eastern Time Schedule)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8AM to 5PM EST
Compensation: $39.31/hr + Paid weekly!
Tentative Start Date: February 23, 2026
The Product Specialist reports directly to the Senior Product Manager and is responsible for assisting Product Owners with day-to-day SDLC execution and supporting multiple digital initiatives within the eCommerce and Digital Marketing portfolio.
Essential Duties:
• Support Product Owners with execution of product roadmap, features, and strategic initiatives.
• Document meeting notes, recaps, decisions, and action items from standups, core hour calls, and working sessions.
• Prepare and assign tasks for Designers, Copywriters, and Business Analysts (BA) in JIRA based on meeting outputs.
• Assist with Discovery efforts, requirement gathering, and Epic creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, vendors, and technical teams to drive execution.
• Plan and prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and ROI.
• Partner with UX, Copy, and Research to shape future product strategy and enhancements.
• Assist Product Owners with UAT coordination, review, and bug triaging in JIRA.
• Support product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
• Communicate feature releases and updates to stakeholders and Business SMEs.
• Advocate for the customer experience while balancing business needs and timelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital product, eCommerce, or supporting digital initiatives
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC process
• Experience using JIRA strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Analytical problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Product Owner or Project Management background a plus
• Digital Marketing or Marketing Operations experience a plus
