Bilingual Financial Services Representative - Life New Business
Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week, 3 days WFH) at Grandview Yard office (1000 Yard St., Grandview Heights, OH 43212)
Pay: $19.51/hr, paid weekly
Start: 06/30/26, pending completing onboarding paperwork
Schedule: 2 days per week onsite, 3 days WFH

• Monday - Thursday: 11:30am - 8:00pm
• Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm

**Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English**

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

• Receives and responds to incoming customer/ broker/ agent/ government agency inquiries.
• Communicates with customers, agency/brokerage force, service centers, internal/external sales support and other industry companies through oral and written communication.
• Assists customers with financial transactions.
• Consults and interprets contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business for policyholders, agents/brokers and other Enterprise operating units.
• Resolves routine errors requiring corrective processing.
• Reviews, researches, and interprets records and reports to accurately make decisions.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred; High school diploma required
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• 3 years work experience
• 2 years experience in financial services or customer service
• High attention to detail

Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen.
