Credit Quality Analyst
Job Title: Credit Quality Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (150 N College St, Charlotte, NC 28255)
Pay Rate: $30.23/hour
Schedule: Standard business hours
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home)
Start Date: May 18, 2026
Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension or full-time conversion)

Additional Details:
Mandatory 3 days onsite per week
Contractor is responsible for parking fees
Position Overview:
The Credit Quality Analyst will support the Global Markets Loan Operations Credit Information Group (CIG), which partners closely with the Global Credit Trading Desk. This team supports trading activities across a diverse range of financial products, including syndicated and bilateral loans, bonds, private equity, and aircraft financing.
This role plays a critical part in managing credit-related processes, maintaining confidential information barriers, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of credit events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end credit event process, including amendments, waivers, bankruptcies, and restructurings
- Interpret and analyze legal documentation related to complex credit transactions
- Prepare, review, and execute confidentiality agreements
- Conduct due diligence in compliance with regulatory requirements (including flood regulations)
- Compile and distribute due diligence materials to internal stakeholders and clients
- Maintain and manage access to sensitive borrower information (Information Wall)
- Support the “go-private” process and ensure proper information controls
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth transaction execution

- Sound judgment with the ability to escalate issues when necessary
- Prior experience in secondary loan trading or credit operations is preferred
