Position: ERP Functional Consultant
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6-month contract (opportunity for extension or conversion to permanent role)
Compensation: $80/hr (W2)
Benefits: Weekly pay, vision, dental, and medical coverage
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Remote)

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you'll drive solutions for financial systems on our global ERP platform. This role is ideal for someone who excels at forging strong partnerships, is process-oriented, and can balance both technical and functional needs. We are looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and has a proven ability to deliver results and support business growth. Strong communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to troubleshoot complex, integrated applications are essential. Adaptability and a fast learner mindset are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for GAP analysis, requirements gathering, development, patching, and successful project delivery.
- Adhere to and refine processes to ensure system stability and compliance (SDLC, change management).
- Engage with global IT Finance and Supply Chain teams to support process improvement, delivery, and support activities.
- Perform technical tasks such as system configuration, data extraction/loading, and report development.
- Act as an IT Finance business partner, ensuring effective implementation of financial projects.
- Estimate and size project efforts as needed.
- Help educate and train local finance users on IT Finance applications.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on and leadership experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications, and overall IT/industry expertise.
- Proven techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 finance modules (e.g., AP, AR, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, iExpense, Fixed Assets, GL, Project Accounting, OPM Costing).
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, integration (APIs, XML), and ideally Oracle supply chain/process manufacturing modules.
- Solid understanding of functional and technical Oracle EBS finance domains (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and document effectively, resolving gaps with standard software functionality.
- Strong business process analysis skills and a results-driven approach.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to system reliability, issue resolution, and support (including on-call/off-hours as needed).
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (such as Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle is desired.
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
- Prior SOX environment experience is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
