1 Financial Plz, Providence, RI 02903
Pay Rate: $17.58/hour (paid weekly)
Work Setup: Onsite
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract Length: 12-months, with possibility of extension or conversion to full-time depending on business need, performance, attendance

Overview:
This role provides essential administrative support to the Estate Settlement Account Acceptance Group. The position involves routine account maintenance, document management, and client service support. It requires working within various bank systems and assisting with correspondence and project tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Perform account maintenance and updates in internal systems.
• Navigate and manage tasks within the Account Acceptance Portal.
• Retrieve and organize files and documents for review and processing.
• Assist in drafting routine communications (letters, emails) related to account administration.
• Support officers in decision-making by working within various bank systems.
• Participate in or lead projects as assigned.
• Prepare reports and conduct research to support team operations.
Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of trust administration and estate settlement processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and teammates across departments.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
