Our client, a Fortune 100 company in the financial and insurance space, is seeking a Part-time Financial Ops Associate in their Annuity & Life Services space to join their team in Columbus, OH. This hybrid opportunity offers consistent weekday hours and the chance to gain experience with one of the most respected names in the industry.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Hybrid: Training onsite, then 2 days in-office/3 days WFH
• Pay rate: $17/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Process and review annuity and life service transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide responsive, high-quality support to customers, internal teams, and partner offices.
• Research and resolve account or policy errors, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Communicate effectively through phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Maintain records and support operational efficiency across the Annuity & Life Operations team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of work experience; experience in financial services or insurance a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic office tools; Excel experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
