Senior Marketing Campaign Manager
Job Title: Senior Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: Remote (East Coast)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Standard Business Hours)
Pay Rate: $53.89 - $81.65 per hour
Contract Type: 6 months contract, possible conversion to direct hire

Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Testing Bioprocessing product portfolio. This role works cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, R&D, Training, Campaign Management, and Digital teams to establish value propositions, support business goals, and drive product success in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for bioprocessing products
- Define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies across global regions
- Collaborate with sales and key account teams to align business objectives
- Ensure consistent communication and execution of product strategies
Marketing & Communications
- Partner with campaign management to develop integrated marketing communication plans
- Support global marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales
- Coordinate digital and social media marketing initiatives
- Establish KPIs and analyze ROI for marketing activities
Product Sales & Support
- Equip sales teams with tools and resources to effectively promote products
- Lead development of product messaging and content
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in clinical and scientific environments
- Participate in conferences and trade shows
- Support sales and service teams through training, customer visits, and ongoing communication
- Respond to technical and business-related inquiries
Sales & Operations Planning / Performance Insights
- Monitor product line performance (volume, revenue, margins) and recommend adjustments
- Analyze customer-level trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Provide regular performance reports to leadership
- Keep cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) informed on product updates and opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in life sciences, drug discovery, or related industry/academic environment
- Experience working in cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of scientific, technical, and business concepts
