REMOTE Program Delivery Manager Role

Job Title: Regulatory Program Manager
Location: Remote - US
Duration: 12+ months contract, with possibility of extension
 
About the Role:
As one of Cash Apps Program Delivery Managers, you’ll lead complex, strategic and business-critical programs that cut across the organization. Tasked with spearheading and coordinating the delivery of multiple interdependent initiatives, we’re looking for leaders with world-class execution capability and high levels of resilience. Key to your success in this role will be the ability to apply a flexible and reactive approach that suits our dynamic and fast-changing environment, and act as the connective tissue across our cross functional, global teams.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-priority regulatory programs for Cash App.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Cash leadership, project sponsors, and regulatory authorities, to drive collaboration, secure buy-in, and ensure program success.
• Direct and support cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Consultants, and bank partners—to ensure alignment with program goals and timelines.
• Operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on regulatory compliance initiatives, challenges, and progress.
• Develop reusable frameworks to increase operational efficiency, improve team communication, and streamline activities, reducing confusion and enhancing outcomes.

 
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in regulatory programs, risk management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives or projects in high-risk environments.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in regulated industries such as finance or fintech. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and expectations applicable to publicly traded companies is highly desirable.
• Public Company Experience: Prior experience working in a publicly traded company, preferably listed on NASDAQ or another major stock exchange.
• Stakeholder Management & EQ: Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Payments Ecosystem Knowledge: Understanding of the payments ecosystem is preferred.

Education:

• BS Degree and equivalent exp.
